Over the past 20 years we’ve developed a portfolio of seals and bearings that can meet the most demanding industry-specific needs. Pneumatic Seals - Rod, Piston, Static and Compact Seals
Globseals Sealing Solutions supplies a number of seals, wear rings and scrapers / wipers specifically engineered for pneumatic applications, where cylinders and valves are actuated by air. Pneumatic seals operate in dynamic applications, often at high speeds, generally with rotary or reciprocating motions. In addition, where a standard product type is not suitable, custom solutions can be developed.

Complete Magnet Piston
The Complete Magnet Piston fulfills a large number of technical requirements within the pneumatics industry with its doubleacting operation, dynamic sealing capability, guidance feature and mechanical end cushioning.
An NBR O-Ring acts as a static seal and seals the rod while an integrated magnet detects position. The dimension, magnet flux and return spring groove can all be customized to specific requirements.

O-Ring Cord
In this area of our website, you will find information on our range of O-ring cords. The O-ring cord that we supply is an endless length of extruded cord and is suitable for applications where standard O-ring sizes are not available, such as when you need a particularly large or custom size. O-ring cords allow you to create your own o-rings to whatever size your application demands. It can be used in conjunction with Loctite 406 instant adhesive for rubber. Please note that if you are ordering more than one (of the same size), the cord will come as one whole length.
Hydraulic Cylinder Seals
Hydraulic systems are sealed using a combination of specialized seals. Hydraulic Rod seals prevent leakage of fluid from within the cylinder to the outside while hydraulic piston seals prevent fluid from flowing across the cylinder head. This allows pressure build up on one side of the piston, making the Cylinder extend or retract. Wear rings guide the piston and piston rod within the hydraulic cylinder, absorbing transverse forces, preventing metal-to-metal contact. Scrapers or Wipers scrape dirt, foreign particles, chips or moisture from the piston rods as they retract into the cylinder, preventing contamination.
