Send the part number, or measurements and photos, plus the equipment details and operating conditions.

Do you supply genuine or compatible parts?

You can enquire about either. We state which is being quoted.

Do you represent any of the brands you mention?

No. Brand names are used only so customers can identify their equipment.

Can you recommend a material?

We give general guidance only. Always confirm against the manufacturer's data for your application.

What about oxygen, hydrogen, food-contact, pharma or potable water?

These require technical review and the correct certification documents.

How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?

Deliveries and couriers are quoted per order.

Do you offer credit?

Terms are confirmed on your quotation or account application.
